Musical students from Queensbury Academy in Dunstable played and sang in a rousing rendition of Reach Out Your Hand. They performed the song and signs at their Easter concert, proceeds of which were donated to sign2sing.
Lead by their music teacher Jane Handley, the choir were accompanied on piano and guitar. Before their performance, Jenny from SignHealth told parents and children about sign2sing and how the money raised helps deaf children in the UK and Uganda.
“It was lovely to hear a live rendition of Reach Out Your Hand with real instruments. ” said Jenny “I’d like to thank Queensbury for inviting me to the concert and giving me the opportunity to talk about the work of SignHealth.
