The first sign2sing cheques are arriving from schools all over the country, and we can’t say thank you enough.
There is a prize for the school which raises the most for sign2sing this year. It’s really early days, but the leader so far is Sneyd Green Primary in Stoke-on-Trent.
There are just over 450 kids at the school and they raised £344.23. They’ve lived up to the school’s motto, “together we make a difference”.
The money raised will go towards helping Deaf children have the same healthy future as their hearing friends, and to provide health services in sign language to Deaf adults who’ve grown up with inequality.
