The sign2sing team headed for the studio this week to witness the recording of the sign2sing song for 2017. The new song, called Together, was written by Bottletop Music who wrote last year’s song Reach Out Your Hand. It features Sarah Lindsey and Pippa Gearing on vocals, backed by a group of fantastic gospel singers.
We can’t wait to see everyone signing and singing the new song!
The sign2sing team joined the singers and songwriter and producer Tom Gearing in West London to see the song take shape. As well as a rousing melody, the song boasts inspiring lyrics about being there for others, especially if they feel vulnerable or lonely.
Says Yvonne from sign2sing: “We’re so excited about the new song. We had such great feedback about Reach Out Your Hand. We think the 2017 song – with its wonderful gospel feel – will be a winner too. We can’t wait to see schools, businesses and other groups singing and signing the song to help us raise money to help deaf children.
